Delete your Gladiator Rush account and data

This page is for Gladiator Rush / Gladiator Rush: Arena Clash, operated by Solnith & Co Kft. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.

Delete inside the game

In version 1.0.32 and later, open Settings → Privacy & Account Deletion → Delete Game Account / Data, or Player Profile → Delete Account / Data. Read the notice and final confirmation. Keep the game connected until completion. If an operation fails, uploads remain paused and the game provides a retry and support contact.

Request deletion without the app

Email info@solnith.com with subject “Gladiator Rush account deletion”. Include your player ID if available (shown in Player Profile), Android or iOS, and sufficient information to locate your account. Tell us if you cannot access the ID. Never send your password or full payment-card details. This link opens your email app; it does not submit a request until you send the message.

We may request proportionate verification before deleting account data. We process requests within applicable legal deadlines and explain any information that must be retained.

What is deleted

Your Unity game account, Unity cloud progress, linked Google Play saved games for this game, and (when deleting in the app) local progress, roster, items, currency and reward history. Uninstalling alone does not delete your cloud data. Remote support deletion cannot erase copies on a disconnected device; use the in-app deletion flow or your device’s app-data controls for those copies.

What is separate or retained

Your Apple or Google account, platform achievements and leaderboard records, ad-provider records, and app-store payment records are managed through the respective provider. Minimal entitlement information and one-way transaction fulfillment markers are retained on-device to restore eligible purchases and prevent duplicate deliveries. Records required by law may be retained for the applicable legal period. See the privacy policy for details and provider privacy links.

Subscriptions do not cancel automatically

Cancel a renewing subscription separately in Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Deletion is permanent and does not itself refund spent consumables.
